What should I do...

If I am HIV negative? I still feel like dirt and my mind is creating all the symptoms. Should I see a psychiatrist?

Scared,

You may have answered your own question. Which, in the end, is a good thing, because only you may logically answer such a question. If you feel that the quality of your life has deteriorated to the point that you no longer can manage your life effectively, then I would certainly recommend seeing a therapist, or at the very least explaining your mental/emotional state to your PCP and seeing what they say. Just be careful that your doctor doesn't attempt to medicate your troubles away to the exclusion of establishing a provider/patient relationship with someone who can help you cope with what you are going through right now (such as a therapist, or some other mental health professional).
