What's my risk?

Hi,

I had 2 sexual encounters with 2 different sex workers.

The first was in May 29. Received protected oral for 5 mins. I couldnt keep my erection with condom on, so sex worker allowed me to perform unprotected frottage for maybe 5 mins, no penetration. Still couldn't get an erection, she then proceeded to give me a handjob for 5 mins.

2nd encounter June 29. Received unprotected oral for 20 mins. Then I stupidly dipped unprotected in her (maybe 2 inches in) 3 times in a span of 10sec and ejaculated outside. On the same night I got very anxious and began having night sweats. I then started to develop classical hiv symptoms. Hands finger nail fungus(all fingers), warts, stomach cramps, rashes on armpits(skin peeling), fatigue.

I've been testing almost every week after my last encounter and they've all been negative.

If I got infected from the first encounter, would a second infection from the second affect my antibody production?

How high were my risks?

Thanks

A 4th gen test is conclusive after 28 days so what kind did you use?
Symptoms aren't used to diagnose especially when they are self diagnosed since they can just be in your imagination from fear. Example, the night sweats, cramps, fatigue. Everyone posts here about their ARS symptoms but so fat I haven't seen anyone with ARS.

3rd generation. My last test was last week. Which is at 10 weeks since first exposure and 5 weeks since 2nd exposure.
Would it be best to get a 4th gen test now?

I went to a clinic today and told the sex health professional there my situation. He told me that I dont need the test as female to male transmission is unlikely, he even said that I had no risk since I didn't have full-on sex.
Oral is not a risk, so it is only the unprotected penetrating vaginal that is a risk and that was quite brief. What is full-on sex?
I guess he meant full penetration and longer duration.
