Whats wrong with me?
Back in April around april 15 i had unprotected sex and caught chlamydia. I was treated for chlamydia with 1 single dose of azithromycin. I was fine for about a week or so and then my symptoms seemed to return. from april 25-current. I have been on 2 doses of zithromax, 1 dose of ciprofloxacin, 2 doses of doxcycline, I've tested negative for chlamydia, gonnoreah, herpes, hpv, syphillis , Hep C and HIV. over the last two weeks, I noticed that the muscles/tendons in my buttocks have become tendor and sore. Sitting for long time cause pain. I have no fever, and still have appetite, but i get aches in my lower back, shoulders, arms, legs(quads, and shins) but not all at the same time. I feel like im feverish (hot flash) or having a sugar fit or something but my thermometere says I'm fine. I appear to have lost 5lbs since april but not sure if its from stress and or fear of HIV. I'm afraid that my HIV test was too early being taken aprox with 30-45 days from possible exposure. I'm waiting for the 3month window to do a second test. Is it possible that my symptoms are HIV related? Recently my doctor advised that he thinks it might be Reiters Syndrome and prescribed an anti-inflamatory. Been 3 days on it and so far no improvement. It's almost like I can feel my muscles deteriating. I'm tired and sore. Is it all in my head and anxiety related? I don't know where to turn and the wait is so intense. Also what are the long term side effects of being on so many antibiotics for the last two months? Could that attribute to my healthy symptoms?

Its most likely anxiety.. tell your Dr to prescribe you lexapro..stiff joints.. muscle spasams.. chest pain.. loss of concentration... abdominal pain.. slight change of color in urine .. headaches... shortness of breath... fatigue over your whole body muscles and bones... I had a simalar situation but I was protected and the side of my condom had a small whole but I stopped it after 2 or 3 second did not want to take any risks..but man was guilt and anxiety killing me.. go ask you Dr
