Whether i Should do another test or not

i have had a girl friend for 10 months in singapore and i am having unprotected sex with her for almost 7 months including intense oral,vaginal and kissing. and during this period i donate blood twice and never i got positive coz blood screened for HIV aswell but she donated blood on 19 december and she got positive i had last unprotected with her on Dec 26 and tested my blood on 7 jan and it was negative should i wait for another test coz i do have symptoms although i have heard that sometimes symptoms have no relation with hiv. i am circumcised since my childhood.

You are correct that symptoms can not be related to HIV.
So both of you tested due to donating blood and she got a positive and you a negative.

Has she had sex with anyone else in those 7 months? If not then I would advise both of you to see a Dr and get tested. If she is positive and you are negative. Then you would need to test 3 months from the last time you had unprotected intercourse with her.
