White Lump in the back of my tongue, is it ARS Symptom

Hi,

After a low risk exposure, 10 days to be precise, i had a small white lump in the back of my tongue, it stayed there for 5 days and then its gone. after week, the lump came back and stayed there for another week. I checked with my general med doctor and said its nothing, and its not a thrush, i checked with a dentist and he said that it looks like an ulcer even though its painless, and this might be due to dietery habit change. it is more of a solidified lump, that even one of the doctors said that i should remove otby surgery, but now its gone.

Qquestions:

could this be an ARS symptom?
is it possible to be a lymph node (are there any of these on the tongue)
i had white coating on my tongue when the lump was there, but it was no thrush as per the doctors
my doctor said that this is caused by stress, is it true that stress generates ulcers?

Thanks for your responses
