White Tongue after 4 days

Hi all,
I have protected sex wih someone possibly HIV +. There was only outer contact of genitals in the begining but the rest go as protected. After 3 day my throat become itcht and it the 4th day I had white coating on my tounge. It cannot be brushed but it is not thick as the thrush pictures I saw in internet. Also I have fever and whenever I drink something it takes only 20 minutes I pee it out. And my pee is coloured like water. I read in most sites that hiv cannot make these symptoms in time less than a week. But i couldnt find any other disease that looks like these.
What can it be?
p.s. Yes I will go to a doctor tomorrow and be tested for HIV after 3 months of sex. But I cannot think anything else now.

So i went to a doctor today and he said it looks like a cold and he doesn't think this is HIV and HIV does not show symptoms in 3 days. Actually i am a little bit relieved but still I am feeling very bad. He said cold may cause whiteness on the tongue but aren't the first symptoms of HIV look like cold.
Also he gave me some medicine for cold, if these works does it mean that it is really cold.
I don't know how to wait for three months to pass.
p.s. thanks for the quick response.

It could be about a billion other things and likely nothing at all.  Protected sex is protected period there is no chance of HIV without insertive anal or vaginal sex.  Pick your negative test result up and put this behind you.  Good luck, I wish you all the best.
