White Tongue
Hi Dr,
I want to ask, in past 6 weeks I already have unprotected sex with a girl.
The girl tell me that she was having it for past 5 years. But I noticed strange mark on her arm and chest. Its seem not like itchy or rash but it was like a small darker mark all over. It was first time I've see it. When I ask what is that, she told me that she obtain it from she was kid.
For you info, that girl living happily I guess, good appetite and seem healthy.
We also have a french kiss, and right after the game. I notice that my mouth really dry and after that my tongue become white until today.
A week after that my neck on the right side also seem like a little ache but I notice that was not my swollen glands. Its like something on my neck stuck.
In the first week, I've do HIV test but the results is negative. I bet if the white tongue causes from the HIV then the results will be positive is it?
Until today my tongue are white and my mouth will dry at night after I wake up from sleep.
On 2nd week, there are some abnormal rash in my right hand, two was like burn rash in small size. And other three like small pimple in my hand. I left it there and they leave me mark. And it was random, not like red mark all over.
On 3rd week, I got fever and sore throat. Worse sore throat but both happened to cure in 1-2 days and flu continue for 5 days. I guess this is normal.
On 4th week, some acne attack my face. And before it was good.
On 5th week I also already do syphilis tests and the result is negative.
On this week, I found my knee seem to be pain. But not all the time.
I was googling the symptom. Most of this seem causing from anxiety/HIV. I hope you can give me some explanation to help me living peacefully. I hope you can help me clarify this. I was afraid to the death about this symptom.

What was your risk? You mention kissing. Did you have unprotected vaginal sex?

Yes. I did have unprotected sex 6 weeks ago.
Was it vaginal or oral?
Vaginal and kissing.
Kissing is zero risk but the vaginal is a risk. You can take a duo test now for a conclusive result.

What my most worried now is the white tongue and coated tongue.
Is the white tongue is one of HIV sign? Or normally it is AIDS sign? If it is because of anxiety, how could I get rid of it?

You have to take a test and reread this part. "Symptoms aren't used by HIV doctors to diagnose..."
