White dots on penis head

i'm 21 year old and i had have sex with my gf for the past months. It was about 3 months ago, i found this weird looking dots on my penis, a line of dots like pimple or bumps behind the head skins. after that i starting to see white dots like pimple from face all around my penis, hard to see only if you look carefully, and it's spreading all over my penis head. i wanna know what it is and is it something big?? need help asap.. is it something i have to worry about?
