Why is Medhelp so different?

How come, when I wander into the dark side of the Internet i am filled with doom and gloom about HIV. Apparently according to websites other than Medhelp you can catch HIV by sneezing within 2 miles of an infected person.
I find myself running back, tail between my legs seeking the comfort and reassurance of the Medhelp 'gurus'
You guys are all brilliant and I am sure you have put many anxious minds to rest (including mine).
But why is there such a contrast and if Medhelp is indeed the more 'realistic' site what happens to the poor souls that never stumble upon it's wisdom?

Saliva has over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that inhibits HIV transmission. You never had a risk of contracting HIV.

I think he was exaggerating on HIV being documented as airborne. Places like the CDC say that you can get infected from blood in the saliva from oral sex, especially if there is an injury on the receiver like a cut on the head of the penis. Many websites seem to be ultra conservative which is good for prevention but terrible for reassurance.
I have terrified myself thoroughly on the internet looking for any information on receiving HIV from oral sex. My fears are that I caught the head of my penis on my zipper, damaging the skin on the rim of the head, before foolishly receiving oral sex about an hour later. Reading things here I am slightly relieved but I still worry that it was possible that this person had bleeding gums or open sores that could have infected my cut. I can understand his fears and appreciation of this place.
