Why masturbation even when gential secretions are used for lubrication is no risk?

Why masturbation even when gential secretions are used  for lubrication is no risk? If it is because the secretions are outside the body the virus in the secretions is inactive when leave the body or it is because there isn't enough virus or both? I'm really afraid that the CSW will deliberately collect many secretions for lubrication, if it is still no risk?

Also, you mean there isn't any way that a woman can collect her secretions?

It is not a risk. And what you are asking is humanly impossible. Anatomically and physiologically impossible.
