Will I get a risk?

I had sex with a gay man 3 days ago. He used a condom. But the problem is that the condom was partly broken, maybe a subtle breakage. When I stopped, I checked the condom, and I did not found obvious breakage. He did not cum and there was no blood generated. Will I get a risk? Do I not to take a HIV testing? Thank you so much! I am very anxious now.

Condoms split wide apart when they break so if that didn't happen there was no "subtle" breakage, because they don't create tiny holes.
. You said there was a subtle breakage then you said you didn't detect breakage so I don't know what you meant.

I am sorry for making it confusing. I am not sure whether it was broken or not. If it was broken and there was no blood generated and no cum, will I get a risk? Thank you so much!
Kindly reread my first sentence because all the info is there to figure whether it was broken, and since it was not broken there is ZERO reason to get into what happens if it was broken.
