Will I get any form of STD/HIV/HPV/Herpes?

Hi, I am a 23 year old virgin and I had the stupidest idea of having sex with an escort today (was a big -first and last- mistake). We kissed on the lips briefly and I put my finger in her vagina for roughly 2-3 minutes.  We then had protected intercourse using a condom, lastingly roughly 5-7 minutes of penetration. She said she was clean and healthy, and she had no bumps or spots that I could remember. She knew I was new and tried to comfort me through the entire situation. She told me she has never done any African American Male, has a child and has a female partner. Is it possible that I will get any disease or infection from this incident? What should I do to check and when? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well I did have protected vaginal intercourse and I am still worried about the other disease such as Herpes and gonorrhea which can be contracted through genital skin contact if I am not mistaken.
