Will PEP impact HIV window period?

Hello,
I am male and 29 years old, living in China.
I had an unprotected vaginal sex with a Vietnam woman at 3.29. I do not know about her HIV status however I am scared after that and 15 hours later went to CDC to get 28 days PEP (Trovada &ISENTRESS).
I do not have cut/bleeding/STD on penis.
Here are my questions:
1. What is the effectiveness about these PEP drugs with in 24 hours? Any thoughts about my odds on infection?
2. Will PEP extend the window period? I have searched some info. on line but seems no conclusion there...
I think 3 months after finish the PEP is too long for me. I am nervous everyday :(

PEP is very effective. You do need to wait 12 weeks until after you have finished PEP for a conclusive result.

hello, thank you for your answer. will a test 4weeks after my compelation of PEP give strong confidence? 12 weeks is too long to wait... I just can not wait taht long...:(
