Window Period for WW

Window Period for WW

i had a one time unprotected(heterosexual-vaginal) experience for 10 minutes with a friend of mine who was positive she was 100% clean, however i am a WW and dont trust anyone. Because of my worried ways i test a few days later for a baseline, then 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 14 weeks post possible exposure and all were negative on a Unigold Rapid HIV test. I also tested negative for chlamydia and ghonorrea at 8 and 14 weeks. My question is can i be 100% certain that i am hiv negative at about 3.5 months, or 100 days post possible exposure? I have read lots of random comments from people saying 3 months is conclusive, but just to be sure test at 6 months. The statement is contradicting and ive seen this mutliple times on other sites. Can i be sure of this result and move on? if anyone can inform me a little me that would be great.
