Window period for 4th gen hiv test???

9 week ago I had sex without use of condom with a strange person. Because my concerns I take a test for p24 antigen at 15 days with no reactive results. I start to feeling sic and very stressful so I wait at 9 weeks and took a 4th generation test for hiv 1 & 2 ab ag p24 by chemiluminicence by taking blood of my vein. The results came back negative.
Is this result could consider conclusive? Or should retest at 12 weeks?

9 weeks 4th generation is conclusive by all means. No further testing needed

The window period for a 4th generation antigen/antibody test is four weeks.

In the United States we follow the international testing guideline of having a confirmatory test at 12 weeks which gives a 100% conclusive result of your status.
