Window period question

I read a lot of things about that period, I read is 28 days, 45 days, 3 months... Which is the real one???? I have a 52 days negative in a quick test and im very worried because I read different things in each web. Could you help me? Thanks!

and also, if i have a new hiv blood test done now, can the fact that i took an emergency contraception pill few days ago make the test result false?

Three months post expousure is when you can obtain a conclusive test result.
