Worried, unprotected sex with girls from phuket/thailand

Ive been to thailand for 4 weeks now, and normaly i always use condom but 2 times i had unprotected sex with a bargirl from phuket, i wanted to use condom but the girls didnt want too and i had some drinks so i didnt think too much about it, first time i had sex with the bar girl for maybe 1 hour without condom, and the second time 5-6 minutes before i got my head straight and changed my mind and put on a condom.

So my questions are:

Ive heard that the bar girls in thailand check themself for STD(hiv, aids etc) every month or so and if they have an STD they dont get a job or get fired from the bar coz its bad business and bad reputation for the bar, is this true?

I`ve also read that the chances for a healthy 22 year old male having one time sex with a person with aids-hiv getting hiv is very slim? ive even read that i could have sex without condom 900 times with a person that have hiv-aids and the chances is that i dont get it, is this true?

Im pretty sure none of these girls had hiv-aids but im very affraid, and i just wanna know if anything of this is true.

Im going to test myself as soon as possible anyway.. But i just wanna feel allittle better about myself !

Thanks for answers :)
