Worried HIV Infection

Hello,
I have found this site to be very imformative....I had a possible exposure to HIV four weeks ago.  I gave oral sex to a gay male who ejaculated in my mouth but I immediately spit it out.  About 10 days later I developed a sore throat and swollen glands in my neck.  About a week after that i started feeling generally fluish and extremely tired and a bit dizzy at times and that has continued for the past week.  Just in the past two days i have developed what seems to be swollen glands in the groin area and its a little sore and today i am having lower abdominal pain.  I have not ever had a fever during this period as I have been taking my temperature religiously.  I also have no rashes to speak of but have the dry cough and sore throat consistently during this perioid.  I am freaking out and will get tested next week
1) I know that the above are all symptoms of ARS but do you feel that because they came on not all at once that this would be less likely to be ARS
2) I see a lot on this web site that no fever disqualifies ARS but on others it says that ARS can occur without a fever.

Any light anyone can shed on this would be greatly appreciated to get me through this very difficult time.

Thank you.  One more question.  Would it be possible for ARS symtpoms to come on gradually like this and continue to get worse?

yes no night sweats either.  Woudnt flu present itself with sneezing or something like that and be gone after two weeks?  Does fly cause swollen glands?
