Worried Please Help

Hi, I got oral sex from a stripper without a condom on and i had a scab on the side of my penis. THe scab wasnt opened from head and she may have blown me for like 8 minutes. she said she was clean and that she doesnt have sex with any clients no matter how much i asked for it. I took a hot shower and urinated within 20 minutes after this.
I was just wondering what my chances are of an STD. I know people say you cant get HIV from head but im only worried aabout how i had a scab. I know she didnt have any visible sores on her mouth and i didnt see any blood but if someone could please get back to me i would feel better. Im extremely stressed out and i feel like i lost my appetite. I dont notice any chances in my body and this happened 3 days ago. I pee normally but i was wondering what are some of the earliest signs of an STD and what i should do about this. Thank you,
