Worried about HIV infection

Back on Feb 7th this year, I had an encounter with a female CSW in a SE Asian country. I picked her up from a nightclub and we went to my hotel. I received unprotected oral for 5 minutes or so, then I donned a condom and rubbed water based lube onto my penis. I entered her vagina from behind. After a couple of minutes I reached down to check the condom was intact and received a smear of blood on my hand - I washed it off quickly under the tap and went back to finish off, with the condom still on. I did not notice any smear of blood on the condom while in the bathroom. After I came, she went and cleaned up and came back and wanted to remove the condom for me. I said I would do it, and she repeated herself. I said never mind and went to remove it myself in the bathroom. It was intact, but as I was removing it, I clumsily managed to press the outer exposed surface of the condom onto the rim of my glans and the skin behind it (I am circumcised). I don't think it had any contact with my urethra. I quickly washed the area throughly with hot water and shampoo and the girl left.
About 6 days after this, I developed a flu like feeling. Not really a fever as such, but I felt weak and felt general muscle aches for the whole day. There was also a mild bout of diharrea. I felt better the next day, but started to wonder if this was a manefestation of so-called ARS. I have read your forums and while it seems I have not had a particularly dangerous exposure, I am filled with doubts and fear.
I returned to work the next month at my oil rig worksite and after a few days started to develop irritation/ infection of my lower nasal passage - some crusty dried blood/ plasma and mucous. Antihistamines killed the symptoms. I'd never experienced this at the work site before, was it due to a lowered immunity?
After leaving the rig for my time off I had a lipoma removed from the right side of my chest and a mole that was prominent on my back, this seemed to go well and I took my antibiotics to keep the wounds from getting infected. I developed a mild sore throat for over a week. By this stage I was starting to wonder what was going on.
I then got an email from my financial advisor regarding my life insurance, and I was due in for a medical screening (including HIV test). Immediately, I became very anxious, but I was still in a fairly 'normal' state of mind. I went back to work in late April and was feeling fairly 'healthy', until I had some whisky (the night before I went to the rig), and had a paranoid episode in which I convinced myself I was infected. The episode has shattered the ignorant bliss I was experiencing and now I am in a fairly high state of anxiety. My last couple of weeks at work were not good. I struggled to get to sleep the first few nights, and the nostril infection returned (actually confirmed by the doctor as an allergic reaction, but also allergies can be triggered by HIV – especially in the nostril and sinuses) . The antihistamines were again taken, with the inflammation going away as expected. The infection returned in my right nostril few days later. My seborrheic dermatitis has flared up somewhat. My lymph nodes in the armpits were aching and tender of late also in my groin (now subsided). And I had one day of terrible malaise/ fatigue as well as my anxiety. I also have watery eyes at times. I also found a crack due to athlete's foot between the 2nd and 3rd toe on my right foot - another thing that has not happened before – healed up now thankfully. I would like to know what my risks for infection were?

Thanks for your confident and decisive answer. I suppose my 3 perceived risks were: 1. receiving oral without a condom. 2. getting blood on my hands. 3. touching my penis head with a potentially infected condom. None of which involve direct transfer of the virus. I trust your knowledge on the subject, but  I am just plagued with doubts thanks to the viral reaction i had on day 6 post exposure.
