Worried about hiv

I've had 3 duo tests done until now. All the tests were negative and the last one was taken 4 months after my exposure. All the tests were taken at the same private clinic and every time the result was around 0.14, reactive >1 and they haven't said anything about the p24.
I am concerned because since I had this exposure a lot of strange things happened to my body.
Now after 5 months I have a very dry face, I have an eye and an ear infection that haven't cured thow I've been taken antibiotics for a week. My body seems very weak and I get sick more often. And despite that the weather is not that cold I can't get reed of the dry skin.
Do you think is possible that the tests were not that good? They cost only 12 euros (15 $) and at Freedomhealth a dou test costs 100 Pounds.
Can I trust my tests or should I take another test at some other clinic?
Is it possible to get a false negative?

Thanks for your quick answer. So there is no chance that the test were wrong? I am asking this because I saw at the news that there were cases with wrong analisis at some labs...
