Worried about low immune system

I had unprotected sex with girl I met in a bar 11 weeks ago. 3 weeks after that I started to get stomach pains and penis pains. I still have the stomach pains everyday as well as swollen glands in my neck (2 weeks now) painful armpits (2 weeks now) swollen glands in mr groin (1 week now). I also have dizzy spells and nausea on and off for about 2 weeks.

I went to the doctor who did a blood test and urine test which all came back clear. I got std tests and hiv test 7 weeks after sex which came back negative and a further hiv test after 10 weeks. This was great news, however I have been really anxious since this whole thing started and I am still very concerned - I worry myself sick every night - mainly because even though the tests are negative, I still have stomach pains, nausea and dizziness as well as swollen glands! I read that some people will not produce enough hiv antibodies for a test to identify - My main questions that I would really appreciate help with is -

How would I know if my immune system was so poor that my body wouldn't produce enough HIV antibodies to show on an ELISA test?

3 months will give you a conclusive test result.

well, if you do not know if you immue system is poor....mean you are not......a 12 weeks test result will be conclusive for you.

I think your sypmtoms are not related to HIV, but more of stress........a 7 weeks result is a very enocuraging result.  So don't worry so much.....I beleive your 12 weeks result will be the same as your 7th week result.

I have always been the sort of person that would catch a cold whenever it is flying about whilst my friends wouldn't, but I have never had any serious infection's - Does this mean my immune system should be fairly normal?
