Worried about my PEP conditions

I had sex in a night club with a guy I don't know. I was very drunk and I'm not sure if we used condom or not - I've been trying to remember that moment, but it's quite impossible to trust my mind after many days. I was bottom and we had a short penetration, because I felt too much pain. But I'm not sure if there was ejaculation or not, I couldn't find the guy in the club later that night and I have no contact with him at all. Because I'm living in another country, it was so hard to get the Pep medication. After several hours going from a hospital to another, I finally could get a Truvada pill in the very deadline limit of the treatment, probably between the 72nd and 74th hour after the sex.

I was quite desperate and I felt that the staff in this hospital wasn't too much prepared to take cases like mine with HIV risk envolved. It took too many hours, even though I tried to explain them the gravity about this situation.

In the following day, I finally could find a very good hospital with a specialized area for HIV treatment, and the doctor was quite surprised that they had given me just a Truvada. She added a Isentress (raltegravir) to my Pep treatment. But I could realized that she was quite worried because I had had only Truvada in the begining of my treatment and in the very deadline edge.

This is the first time in my life I'm going through a situation like that, and in another country that not mine, far from my Family and friends, it's really hard. I'm trying to keep calm, but at the same time I'm very worried about the start with only Truvada, despite the fact that I read on Internet that many Pep treatments are with just Truvada during all the 28 days.

I would like to know if all this hard Pep I'm going through right now (I'm in day 5) is worth it at all, or if the fact that I had started the treatment just in the deadline limit and I had taken only Truvada in the begining could make everything useless to avoid a likely HIV situation.
