Worried blood on toilet

At my daughters dance class she had to go to the bathroom and I put toilet paper on the seat for her to go but I'm worried there were a couple dots of blood that I touched or wiped away when putting the toilet paper down. I'm not sure if it was blood or not. Is there any risk?

Irrational worry.  You cannot get HIV from environmental surfaces.  There's a good reason it's classified as an STD, because, with the exception of IV drug users, you have to have sex to be at risk.
