Worried from being infected with hiv

Dear Dr,
I am a male from Lebanon , Before 3 weeks i had a unprotected vaginal sex with a married woman that i dont know her hiv status. After at 16 days i made a 4th generation test and was negative , and for now it is 21 days and i dont have fever neither swollen gland  or rash symptoms , my question is should i be worried or this test can give me a good sign ? And i have to confirm by another test at 6 weeks . The problem is i cannot sleep and i live in a big anxiety and my ibs is getting worse.

A 4th gen test at 6 weeks mark is as conclusive as a 3rd gen test at 3 months mark, stated in both Spanish and French window period's guidelines.

The results at 16 days post your exposure are a good INDICATION that you're negative, but the 4th generation DUO tests done at 28 days post exposure will give you  more than 99.89% conclusive results. (There is NO test that is 100%)  If you have symptoms which might be suggestive of HIV infection - such as a combination of a VERY severe sore throat, VERY high temperature and a WHOLE body rash that happen at the same time, then we would suggest that you test again after 2 weeks, which would be 6 weeks from the time of exposure. If that test is also negative then you are HIV negative.

Thank you for replying ,I made another duo test at 26 days and the result is negatif and this is my 31 days after exposure  and without fever or the symptoms u mentioned can i rely 80 % on this test or more in your opinion ? And i m counting till the 6 week for my last test .
