Worried from oral sex

Hello
Two weeks ago, I had had sex with my friend. We were studying and i don't know how weak I were when I allowed myself to have sex with her. I was using condom for viginal sex, but no condom for oral sex. The girl also made low job to me, but before that she brushed her teeth and I don't know if her gums were bleedings or not. She were taking it deep sometimes and i ejuculate inside her mouth. Since then, i am very worried and can't eat, and what made me more nervous is I have a wife overseas and I will go back to her in two weeks from now. I am afraid that if I got the hiv i will infect her. I am not sure if the girl has hiv or not and I asked her and she said she has no diseases, but I read that some people do not know if they have hiv or not.  One day after that, i went to make STD tests and the results were negative, but I heard that the results are accurate after at least three weeks.

How is my risk to get hiv in that way? Do I need to make the test?

You never had an exposure. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
