Worried sick about HIV risk

Its quite a long story so I'll try and be quick about it.

About 2 months ago I became sexually active with a girl who has had unprotected sex back in April/May. She got tested in July and August for HIV and came back negative both times. However, before we started dating she engaged in a mutual masturbation with another male (not a high risk male), where he masturbated and finished fully on his hands (i.e. his "stuff" was all over his hands) and then fingered her. She was also on her period which meant that there was a lot of blood. My question is, was that scenario of mutual masturbation any risk at all of developing HIV? I had unprotected sex with her a month after the mutual masturbation and after I asked her to get tested (32 days after she had mutual masturbation) and she came back HIV negative again (which also meant that she tested 5 months after her unprotected sex in May).

Teak or any others, please read my story and tell me, is she at risk at all of getting HIV and therefore am I at risk and should I get tested? I am really worried about this

It'll mean a lot if you answer.

Thank you so much

So I shouldn't need to worry about being tested and I can move on right?
