Worried sick

Hi,
On saturday night i was at the pub and they had a stripper on, so being male, young and stupid i went too see her. She was very hands on and was masturbating etc, she was naked. she then rubbed a marshmallow into her vagina and invited me to eat it off, and in the heat of the moment i did (something i greatly regret), she then pushed my face into her vagina for about 3 seconds before i pulled away.
What is my risk of h.i.v infection? I have a long term girlfriend and could not bare anything like this to happen. I am particularly worried because i swallowed the marshmallow, i presume this increases my chances.
