Worried sick

I had protected intercourse with a sex worker almost 2 months ago and performed oral sex on her for less than a minute.I have pain in my urethra which the doctor thinks is kidney stones(trace of blood in urine). However i have developed muscle pain in my upper arms and have flu like symptoms.I was tested for chlamydia but the test came back negative.  Im now convinced i have contracted hiv.Im i being paranoid or should i go for a test

Apologies for my ignorance but i became worried when my penis became painful after 2 days of seeing the sex worker,I have had kidney stones before but i thought it was too much of a coincedence so soon after.I have had no discharge only pain in what seems inside my urethra.Im really beginning to think iam paranoid as everywhere i turn there seems to be some mention of Hiv whether its when im looking at the newspaper, the tv or the internet.

Yes, you're paranoid. You didn't have a risk. You had protected sex.
