Worried. what should i do when red bumps starts to appear around the head of my penis? help please.

For the last couple of weeks my penis started to itch. I quickly ignored it because i thought it was nothing because it kept on going away. But for the last couple of days i started to jack off/masterbate and it starts to itch afterwards. No red bumps appeared on my penis and so i did not worry. but earlier today me and my girlfriend have unprotected sex and it seemed like bumps started to appear on my around the base of my penis. 3 small red bumps started to appear and i was scared telling my girlfriend that bumps appeared on my penis.

This is the first time that happened to me and me and my girlfriend have been together for 3 years now and had unprotected sex for 3 years. I know 100% that she has not cheated and i have been 100% faitful. We both lost our viginity together so we have not messed around with any other people besides ourselves.

i am really worried about what is going on with my penis and i need medical help. i left my penis alone for the last couple hours and the red bumps started to dissapear and have left red marks on it. Is this anything similar to any STDS? Herpies (herpes)? Gon?  Please i really need your help !

You can't be diagnosed over the Internet. If  you have a concern see your doctor.

I agree with Teak. However, does not sound like anything serious or HIV. Could be Herpes though or a Yeast Infection that you and your GF are passing back and forth. Does she have symptoms of burning and itching? If you use lotions or creams of some type, you might actually be having a dermatitis-like reaction to the compounds. The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor. I doubt it is anything other than some type of skin irritation and you need to let it heal and use gentle soaps and maybe a steriod cream. But you should have it checked out- even immediate care can tell you.
