i have sex with a prostitute last year 15 of dec. i think, 1-3 of the condom is come off from my penis during the intercourse. immediately, i pull it back to the top part my penis and it is like normal untill i have done sex. i can contract hiv ?

As long as the condom covers crwon, urethra and foreskin (in case of uncircumcised males), you are safe. In your case, it only exposed a portion of your shaft, which is not at all serious. You were never had HIV risk and your test result is the same what was expected.
