Wrinkled Condom- Risk?

Hi,
I had anal sex wearing another condom with another male recently and I was the insertive partner. After pulling out, I kept the condom on for a couple minutes and when I looked down to remove the condom I noticed that it was wrinkled a bit underneath the head of my penis. It did not appear to have an obvious break, but if somehow the condom was stretched before or after intercourse to produce a wrinkle would that allow access to HIV to get through?

After 9 days since the encounter I had diarrhea throughout most of the day. I wasn't concerned until having the diarrhea and then thought back to the condom.

Any feedback is appreciated.

I'm uninformed about if the stretched latex would not create a strong enough barrier to the virus to prevent it from reaching my penis during sex. My partner said he was negative but of course after seeing this I just wanted to check that either way I don't have to be concerned.
