Yellow fever vaccination and antibody detection

Would a yellow fever vaccination taken shortly prior to high risk exposure delay antibody detection or seroconversion?
Would it effect a rapid blood or swab test in anyway? Would it effect the window period in any way?

No drug, condition or vaccination apart from chemotherapy or PEP can cause any alteration or suppression of detectable amount of antibodies after sero-conversion.

3 months post exposure is when you can obtain your conclusive test result.
