Young and scared

I did something very stupid a couple of weeks ago and I am afraid I have put myself and my wife at risk of death.  I am 24 and have never been with anyone but females.  I had a drunken night with some friends while out of town and we ended up a gay bar just to see what it was like.  I met a guy there and for some reason still unknown went back to his hotel.  We kissed open mouth for a while, he performed oral sex on me and I did on him as well.  I only had his penis in my mouth for about 20 seconds or less. He never ejactualated but I am not sure if any pre-semen was in mouth or not.  I then stopped after he told me that he wanted me to have anal sex with him withouth a condom.  I left his room quickly when I realized he was very risky.  Exactly 2 weeks to the day I developed a sore throat, congestion, and sneezing.  Also felt terrible.  That continued for almost 7 days and now I am at week 4 after the fact and scared out of mind.  I am afriad he infected me and now I may have infected my wife.  I dont know what to do.  I have read a lot of posts on here and other sites and am very confused about how much risk I put myself in .  The two doctors on the US site say that giving a blow job is not that risky even to go as far as saying you dont even need to be tested.  The doctors on the international HIV site here say that there is risk and a person should be tested.  Other websites also state that it is risky.  What do I do?  Have I infected my wife?  Should I get tested and if so, when?  Please help

Thanks for replying Lizzie but I have read all posts and those on the doctors forum on the US and International sites. It's conflicting. Some say there is a risk of giving oral and others say there is not. I don't know what to believe and I am scared.

You did not have a risk.
