a stupid question
can a sex worker having hiv deliberately infect her client ?? i know this sounds stupid but can she? even when a condom is used. like by deliberately putting some virus inside the condom before putting it on the client or by using an old condom etc..or she might do this in a way that the client would never come to know that she deliberately did that. can this happen ?
