but sir jack said cdc never mentioned
you: who takes 6 months sir?
Jack: CDC does not specify who can take 6 months, but it is very rare.
but this is not rad nacco or who, this is medhelp and for a conclusive HIV result it is 3 months post exposure period. Your result will not change from that exposure
Well you were given the wrong information then.6 months only applies to chemotherapy patients, transplant patients on meds or chronic iv drug users because there immune systems are very weak to begin with.Your not in those categories so its 3 months for you.
i rad nacco as well as who guideliness they also suggest 3 to 6 months
how many times...under different names...have you been told this ? ? ?
cdc testing guidlines is 3 months post exposure and has been since 2004. 6 months is outdated information. It rarely takes 3 months with modern testing methods and that is conclusive even with the FDA and test manufactures
no sir today i did talk with cdc help line with jack he said that window period is 3 to 6 month
6 months is outdated.3 months is the window period and has been since 2004.
thanks sir bur cdc guideliness suggest that 6 months window period pls satisfied me with ur accurate ans
Your 3 months post exposure test for HIV is conclusive. You do not have HIV and do not need to continue testing from that exposure.
