about test

dear sir:
    I have checked 2 times in a clinic after 6 weeks. The first time is after 43 days,the second time is after 44 days.
    All the reasult is Negative.
    So,can i make sure i am not infected HIV?
    And how many recorded incidents of people been found positive after 6 weeks?

44 days is not 3 months.  So yes, he would need to test again at 3 months for a conclusively negative test result.

A conclusive result can be obtained at 3 months after an exposure.  Tell your "friend" he may not want to drink so much that he cannot remember things.  Alcohol and sex is not a good mix!

one night stand with a girl in bar.
In his memories,he can't make sure he has used a condom or not.
So i advised him to go to test.
He has gone to check 2 times in a clinic after 6 weeks. The first time is after 43 days,the second time is after 44 days.
All the reasult is Negative.
So,can i make sure he is  not infected HIV?
