and I just go through the official website of WHO and the CDC of American…they all put oral sex at risk…why…I dont believe it…do that mean WHO and CDC accept the cases that giving oral sex is risky?

I'm truly in the status that u can easily imagine…everyday I went to bed,trying to tell myself "u r not infected",but when awake the other day,the first thing I came through of my mind was "what if I was infected""how much possiblity can I be infected"…then I can never focus on any work…Lay in bed all day…even not eat…

Am not an expert but all you need to do is calm down and stop thinking about it. If you are so unlucky there are lot of other things that can happen, not HIV. I know how it will feel like but I am sure it will go away.
