accuracy of hiv test at 11 weeks

i had an hiv test done at 4 weeks after a high risk situation without using a condom which came out negative, i had another at 7 weeks also negative and i had one done today which is 11 weeks and is 3 days short of reaching the 12 week mark. how accurate do the past results are and does an 11 week test 3 days short of 12 weeks be as conclusive as the one at 12 weeks? and how can assure be that is going to be negative being negative in the last 2 test? i really appreciate any response thanks!

If it is negative then you are negative.
You can't be assured but a  week test is a very good indication.

Yes a 7 week test is a good indication but only 3 months is valid. Your test 3 days short will be valid.
