aching legs, HIV?

I have already asked this question but was hoping I could get some reasurrance.
About 2 and a half months ago I had unprotected sex with a girl in Cambodia. I have been paranoid about this ever since but untill recently have had no cause for concern. However, during the last week I have been experiencing dull aching through out my legs and possibly my testicles and i can not work out why. Maybe im being overly paranoid but could this be anything to do with HIV? if not ,does it sound characterisic of any over STD?
the aching comes and goes but lasts all day. I have felt it most in my calves, anckles and the inside of the top of my legs, close to my testicles. I know I should get tested but i am currently travelling around asia and wont get a chance for a few months. All I can do is think about it and its driving me crazy. Should I be worried? thanks

In the time you took goofing around looking at HIV symptoms and posting here you could of gone and got a rapid test done at a clinic.

Why is it inconclusive? Because HIV has no specific symptoms. The only way to know your status is by testing. You don't use symptoms to try to diagnose HIV.

In the response to my first thread you said "you test". Does this mean that this aching feel is a common symptom? as i said i wont get a chance for a while to go to my doctors and was hoping for a bit more insight. most of the information I have found online is inconclusive. Thanks
