acute HIV Symptoms

hi .. a couple of weeks ago i had oral sex from an escort i met in a bar .. it was very wet as there was a lot of saliva .. i understand it was a very stupid decision and i should get tested.  however, im in a country where its very hard to get an anonymous test so i have to wait to get back to the US in a couple of month.

2 days after my encounter i had a slight itch in my throat and i think i was slightly sweating at night (i also live in a country with a very hot/humid climate) .. the itchness/sweatness lasted only for a night or two and i was fine afterwards .. could this be the symptoms for ARS or Acute HIV infection? thanks a lot for your help
