acute hiv infection - contagious?

Hello to everybody.

I have one (maybe rather stupid) question which I couldn’t find anywhere: is acute hiv infection contagious?   e.g. if I have flu symptoms which could be acute HIV infection (sore throat, headache etc.), could someone else catch a “regular” flu/cold from social contact with me? Or does that mean that it is only some other virus (I don’t have fever)?

I'll take that answer as: „you can „transmit“ ARC to someone else only if the other person has been infected as well“.

if someone is having symptoms of TRUE ars...they cannot pass the regular flu to someone else.  these are two entirely different things.  ars is NOT a flu...it is flu like symptoms.

Because chances of ars occuring at the same time are not likely to happen (if HIV infection did not occur at the same time), that's exactly what I wanted to know ;)  And You and Teak made me sure and cleared the question.
