afraid that aids infection

iam afraid that i had hiv infection since i see result of my cbc
it was
RBCS 5.2
platelets 245
leucocyte is 3.9 while normal is 4-11
neutrophil is 1.95
lymphcyte is 1.48
mono cyte 0.35
esnophil 0.12

i had esr is 38 1st hour
but i had inflammation in my uncle as i had +++ urate in urine i doubt that gout
but over all i doubt i had aids
i dont notice that any inflammation in lymph node before
iam afraid to do hiv test
what is ur advice

Then you don't have HIV and any symptoms you're suffering from now have nothing to do with HIV. Such would better be consulted with a doctor.

i did it in one of unicef center it was negative( rapid test )

i had unprotected  sex since 8 months and iam afriad to 2 do hiv test
the question is hiv affect on neutrophil with out affect lymphcyte in early stages?
and is it affact esr?????

If you had a possible exposure, the only way to know your status is by an HIV test 3 months post exposure. An exposure consists of unprotected anal or vaginal sex or sharing works with other IV drug abusers.
