afraid that i have HIV

HI, I had one night stand unprotecded sex 12 months ago (very stupid i know), with a girl i meet at a nightclub (not prostitute, and this is my only riski exposure ever, and I am afraid this will cost me dearly). I did get red spots on my penis, and later developed balanitis. I was diagnosed candida balanitis. Also I tokk gonore and clamydia tests which were negative. I have now have rash on my palms that look like erythema multiform (I have not had rashes elsewhere). I am pretty confused, because Now it feels like I have UTI annd swollen epydimitis. Also my legs feels like they are buzzing/tremor. This could maybe be because of extreme stress/anxiety for a while. I have not once had any fevher during this 12 months period, but now I am feeling convinced that I have HIV or Syphilis. Even i did not see any chancre anywhere. My penishead when infected, had little red spot and later raised pimples/blister also for a period, maybe this could be herpes or syphilis?. I have to go for a HIV/syphilis test, but I am scared out of my mind. Is buzzing/tremor often related to HIV infection 1 year? Also UTI and epydimitis which I have understood are more likely to be gonore or chlamydia and syphilis rather than HIV? Also feel sometimes some vibrations inside my penis, could this be because of inflammation, or maybe some parasite like trichomonas? My rash on my palms came shortly after i had used hydrocortisone for redness on the penishead, is it likely rash on my palms could be an allergic reaktion? I know only test will tell the truth, just like some analyses of my very scary symptoms

I did test negativ! I have struggled immensly with anxiety and depression. I have peeling hand and soles, diagnosed by dermatologist as keratolysis exfoliativa. Swollen white coated tongue with teethmarks at the border. Palmar erythema (red marks stick on my palm when pressure is applied) I still have male yeast infection. But I can tell you one thing, you are telling the thruth when symptons mean nothing when it´s comes to hiv. The only thing I tested positive for was cmv infection. And my symptoms is possibly also reiters syndrom according to a specialist, but this is not confirmed yet. I will never ever put my self at risc again!!!
Thank you for this forum, maybe this thread can help somebody else which have developed anxiety like I do....
