In bangkok getting a massage i noticed that the vaginal fluids of the prostitute was on my unprotected penis... there was no insertion of the penis..she made me ejaculate with a hand job. i do not even know whether the massage girl was HIV+ ... would like to know what are my chances of contracting aids

No insertion, no risk, but then how in the heck did you get fluids on your shtick if there was no insertion.  Sounds strange, but if you did not penatrate her you are safe.  

However, considering that you are living a life that involves sex workers, I reccomend that you be tested once a year for sanity's sake and to ensure that you don't pass anything to any of your future partners.  

I am not passing judgment in anyway, but I would also reccomend that you stear clear of any professional sex worker. Wear condoms if you can not resist sex workers or if you have sex ouside of a mutually monogomous relationship.    Fall in love man.  It's awesome. LOL.  That's my 2 cents.

Any ways even if it was her secretions it doesn't place you in the risk category since it could be her vaginal secretion not the cervico-vaginal secretion, which's  quite high up in the cervix of an HIV infected female and thats where the HIV is concentrated.

To put your mind at an ease test at the 6th week for a complete STD panel check and treat it as a half yearly routine check up and move on, I  promise you'd be negative (HIV) if this was the only risk concern.
