am I hiv positive

Hi doc, its been 1 1\2 month had protected sex with a prostitute, took an Elisa Combo test at 27 days and came negative but my mind haven't settled because came across with document that the test should be repeated since it wasn't conclusive. Am starting to develop rash on face, neck and small red dots on my armpits, thighs and upper arm but no fever, swollen lymph node, night sweats, diarrhoe, fatigue. Am really confused about the rash. My question is can a person who have recently infected seroconverts without other symptoms but rash only.
