am I infected with hiv?

First of all sorry for english. One month ago a lady gave me oral sex I had condum on but she did it very hard and I dont know she broke the condum or not and after that I touched her down then accidenly I touched my penis, I want to tell one thing I already had rash on my penis. Just next day that rash turned in to something like blister or cold sore then I went to doctor they said its not herpes and blood test came negative.  After two weeks I had really bad itch and rashes but they gone away 2nd day but still sometimes I feel itchy. After 18 days I got cold sore on my lip and I got something irritating in my  throat I thought its sore throat after 4-5 days from this I got dry cough and very low fever its 30 days now from first day and now I found actually I got bumps or something like blisters on my toung inside throats its very hard to see because they are very deep inside throat but I felt them by inserting my finger in mouth and my toung is fully coverd from theese bumps. And I got swollen gland near my chin as well.and that something like blister still on penis. I want to know can it be hiv. Am really worried and stressed.
