am i at risk ???

Dear experts and doctors,

I had sex 2 days ago.
I used protection.. But in the middle of the session I made a mistake by changing the condom.

The first one dint break and it was fit.
Then I used the second one which was doing it's job by staying fit.

My worry is, while removing the first one and replacing the second one.
I ended up touching  the condom outside with my bear hands  and while replacing I was frequently touching the tip of my penis.

The time duration between the whole activity could be somewhere between 5- 8seconds.
I was worried because of this activity and feeling an uneasyness.
I developed a rash as well.

Am I at risk... Guide me on this please...

As an adult, you can ONLY get HIV from:
1) having unprotected sex (anal or vaginal) or
2) sharing IV drug needles.

Your condom protected you from HIV.
