am i at risk of getting HIV

I got some questions related to HIV:
1. if some stranger hand you a cigarette, you happen to have a cut in your mouth, would it be possible to get infected by smoking it immediately if the cigarette is contaminated with virus contained blood?
2. if someone shares food, drinks or toilet seats (with unseen urine)with an HIV positive person, is it possible to get infected?
does either of these two situation require an HIV anti-body test? thanks.
