am i at risk?

i had protected oral sex with a sex worker last wednesday, she gave me a oral sex and i was wearing condom all the time.
before wearing the condom she touched my erect penis with her bare hands for 4-5 seconds.. only after i wore a condom did she start the blowjob..... no vaginal or anal intercourse,no lip kissing, she kissed me once on my cheeks while lying on top of me
i just kissed her neck and some parts around it and parts around the stomach and once the nipple but didnt suck it....
i touched her vagina  after laying her down and rubbed my penis on over the top of the vagina while wearing a condom for 2-3 seconds..  no vaginal penetration....
i laid over her but didnt penetrate and kissed her stomach and neck again.....
i spanked her behind for a minute and rubbed by condom covered penis with her hips... no anal penetration
she laid naked beside me for a minute and then she gave another blowjob while i was wearing a condom for about 1-2 minute
she sat on my stomach for a round 30 seconds... but then lied again beside me
then she sucked my nipples for around 30-45 seconds....
after that she lied naked beside me(i was completely naked too wearing a condom) for 5-10 minutes....
after that i asked her to masturbate me and eventually ejaculate she removed my condom and tried to masturbate for around a minute with her bare hands but no unprotected oral sex
i didnt feel like doing it later and didnt ejaculate coz i got paraphimosis and my foreskin got stuck behing the glans...
after dat i asked her to go.........
i got paraphimosis(foreskin stuck behind glans) which i showed to the doctor next day and he corrected it by bringing foreskin back to normal position....
do i need to test for any std risk here? can an hiv positive female transfer hiv infection to hiv negative male by sucking his nipples if she had ulcers in her mouth or bleeding gums and while sucking her blood could have mixed with a very small cut around my nipple region... (i checked my nipples and there were no cut or wounds nor did she bite or sucked me so hard that blood started flowing) and also by her touching my penis with her bare hands, is that a route for transmission if she had some vaginal fluid or something on her hand? i also lied naked around with her but with condom on for around 5-10 minutes but didn't penetrate her vaginally or anally...
i am having a complete nervous and mental breakdown.. please help... should i test? which test would u recommend? i was thinking abt the hiv duo test which is done after 4 weeks.....

sorry guys for bothering you,

i know u guys think i am going crazy over this hiv phobia and i was probably never at risk. i am probably a hypochondriac and i accept dat but i will keep getting testing every 2-3 weeks till the 13th week until i am 1 trillion % sure i am negative.
i am sorry to bother you people. my ulcer also subsided after 3 days when i used orasore.
i got my hiv duo test done yesterday(event occurred on april 7 and i got tested on may 6(29 days after exposure)) and got a non reactive result. the test report mentions hiv 1/2 and p24 combo test:-

index value - 0.07
result- non reactive

u were right. thanks for your help and advice. once i am 1 trillion % after sure i probably need counselling from a good doctor on safe sex so that i never have to face such a situation again. i will never ever have anything whatsoever with a sex worker again, not even protected, nothing. hopefully things would all be fine once i test after 13 weeks of the event in july. thanks for your advice,

You are scared for no reason.
Looking up symptoms is confusing because acute symptoms and chronic systems can differ.
Mouth ulcers are caused by a list of things as well as any other hiv symptom.
For your anxiety sake you are going to test Friday.
Looking forward to you posting your negative result.
You did not get hiv from what you posted.

You had no risk at all for hiv.
You have no reason to test and worry about it.
As for STDs, enquire in that forum.

iommi u would not recommend testing?
iommi already stated, "You have no reason to test and worry about it."
You had no risk.  No risk = no test.
i am having a huge mental breakdown because of this.not able to do anything. i have no risk from her sucking my nipples and giving me a handjob with her bare hands without condom?
We read your post and asking the same question will give you the same answer.
Hiv is spread through unprotected vaginal~ anal sex.
Sharing needles with Hiv + drug user, mother child through birth.
Stop worrying about it, you had a zero risk encounter.
This is my last reply.
Take care.
